The Recreation Alliance of Winona helps the Winona Area thrive as a vibrant outdoor recreation hub and destination by listening to the needs of local user groups, supporting grant writing, and connecting public and private partners to bring bold ideas to life. In partnership with our municipalities, we combine human, financial, and logistical resources to create inclusive spaces where everyone can get outside and play.
